About the Proof of Concept

The King Pie proof of concept mystery shopper audit has been conducted by RCA Consulting within the Western Cape targeting four stores within this region.

The reporting platform includes an individualised report for each store as well as an audio transcript of the mystery shopper evaluation. The research focuses on both quantitative and qualitative evaluation.

The live results workshop will address the observed trends across the four stores audited.
